Luxury development overlooking historic Chatham docks reaches peak height as X1 Chatham Waters tops out
Award-winning property developer, X1 is marking the topping out of its first development in the South East. X1 Chatham Waters will bring 199 luxury apartments to Peel L&P’s regeneration scheme along the waterfront of the historic Chatham Docks in Kent.
The development reached its peak height in a ceremony held today by X1, Peel L&P and O’Halloran & O’Brien. The project is proving incredibly popular with investors. Increasing numbers of buyers and tenants and are seeking the tranquility of areas like Chatham while being only a short commute from the capital.
X1 Chatham Waters is just 36 minutes from London St Pancras by train. Investors are offered assured NET returns of 6% for two years. The development is an integral part of Peel L&P’s £650m masterplan for Chatham Waters.
