Plans: Peel L&P has sold two sites in Partington, to housebuilder Countryside and Southway Housing Trust. Countryside have submitted detailed planning proposals to build a wide range of new family homes on a 40-acre site next to the Manchester Ship Canal and land in the village centre opposite the new shopping complex has also been acquired by Southway Housing Trust who have submitted detailed plans for 13 new affordable and shared ownership family homes on a brownfield site.
