Peel L&P have been involved in the delivery of various schemes in Boothstown, including 66 family homes (53 open market & 13 Affordable) completed by Countryside at Egerton Grange, more recently 107 family homes (86 open market & 21 Affordable) under construction by Bellway Homes called Edenfields and 20 homes at Simpson Grove Mulbury Homes currently on-site including improvements to local open space area.
