Asset Management

Peel NRE has a landholding in excess of 2,000 acres which is predominately being used for mineral extraction, energy generation, waste management and industrial uses. The various sites that make up the landholding are largely operated by our tenants through Lease agreements which provide regular income for the business to reinvest.

The assets in the portfolio are actively managed and close working relationships have been built up with our tenants. This relationship allows opportunities for adding value to the premises to be explored and where right to do so these opportunities are then pursued to ensure that value from the sites is optimised.
